There is no expiration date or minimum order value for gift vouchers. It is not possible to exchange the gift voucher for cash in the case of loss or damage.
If you cancel your order or return your items that were ordered with your gift voucher credit, the value will be transferred back to your Zalando account as credit.
It is unfortunately not possible to redeem your gift voucher credit retrospectively. The purchase of the voucher itself cannot be exchanged or refunded.
The gift voucher can be used on zalando.co.uk or on the Zalando app.

Log into your account at zalando.co.uk or in the Zalando app. Enter your gift voucher code in the 'My Vouchers' section. The amount will be instantly credited to your account. Alternatively, you can enter the voucher code directly at the checkout stage in the voucher code field. If you do not use the complete voucher value all at once, the remaining value will be credited to your Zalando account.
