Introduction

The Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) describe how Cryptocart (“Company,” “we,” and “our”) regulates your use of this website https://giftcards.cryptocart.cc (the “Website”). Please read the following information carefully to understand our practices regarding your use of the website. The Company may change the Terms at any time. The Company may inform you of the changes to the Terms using the available means of communication. The Company recommends you to check the website frequently to see the actual version of the Terms and their previous versions.

If you represent a legal entity, you certify that you are entitled by such a legal entity to conclude the Terms as the legal entity you represent.

Conditions of sale

CryptoCart use a variety of vendors to procure gift cards and once procured, all sales are final.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations can only be carried out under the circumstance that the gift cards have not already been procured. This includes if the vendors are out of stock when purchasing the gift cards.

Cancellations need to be raised as soon as possbile to prevent the gift cards being procured.

Refunds can only be carried out under the following circumstances:

• The gift cards cannot be procured by CryptoCart in a timely manner. This includes allowing the vendors to re-stock within 48 hours
• The gift card terms and conditions or the redemption instructions do not allow the customer to use the gift cards as they're expected to be used
• The codes or redemption links provided with the gift card does not work
• The denominations which are stated do not match the procured denominations

If a refund qualifies for the above then it can only be carried out under the following provisos:

• Refunds will be in a stable coin, no refunds will be made in the original currency (unless the original currency is a stable coin)
• Refunds will exclude any transaction fees charged by the network
• Refunds will only be for any gift cards on an order which have not been procured

Retailer account closures or suspensions

CryptoCart is not responsible for any account closures or suspensions which come from using the gift cards procured. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the gift cards are being used as the retailer terms and conditions are outlined.

No refunds will be given in the circumstance that the retailer does not honour the gift cards procured, in the event they are being used against their terms and conditions.
